Had 5 sons, Wrexham, William, Jacob, John M. and Bailey A., and 3 daughters, Elizabeth (Rodney), born 1774, died 1842; Hetty (McMain) and Hannah (Wiltbank).
Wrexham, 1st son of William and Esther West, married Rebecca Conwell. Had 2 sons, Joseph and Jacob, and 2 daughters, Elizabeth (Clifton) and Hannah Wilson.

Elizabeth West was b. July 23, 1797, d. Jan. 9. 1859. dau. of Wrexham West and Rebecca Conwell. Wrexham, b. about 1765, d. by 1815, was a son of William West and Esther Art.
Asa Clifton and Elizabeth West were married Aug. 21, 1814. They were included among the heirs of Wrexham West deceased in the sale Oct. 7, 1815 of property belonging to the latter's father, William West, Sr. of Lewes, deceased. On March 25, 1829 they sold several pieces of land bought by his father Whittington Clifton, deceased (SCDR:39-430; 39-117). Asa Clifton, b. Jan. 21, 1792, lived in Lewes and was postmaster there.
Asa's father, Whittington Clifton, was a cordwainer and property owner o£ Lewes. He was listed as a private in the First Company of the Del. Reg. of Foot commanded by CoL David Hall in its Muster Roll for Feb. 1780. His wife was Elizabeth and his children: Asa (supra), Whittington of Lewes who m. Sarah James who went to Pickway Co. Ohio. Mary who m. Thomas Houston and also lived in Ohio. Among the taxable; in Lewes and Rehoboth Hd. in 1813 were listed: W. Clifton, Asa Clifton, James Clifton, Whitrington Clifton and Daniel Cliflon. SCDR:2l-SO. 30-282, etc. Scharf 252, 1227 etc.
